Eringate

Eringate New Towns

The Eringate neighbourhood is located just south of Toronto Pearson Airport and is bounded by Eglinton Avenue to the north, Renforth to the west , Hwy 427 to the East, and Rathburn Road to the south.   It is a part of a community which includes Centennial Park to the west and West Dean to the east.

Eringate was a relatively unknown commodity in the Toronto real estate market until 2009 when property values in the this family oriented area recorded the highest increases in Canada.  Proximity to the airport once seen to be a detriment, is now embraced by homeowners who enjoy the quality of life and ease of access to exceptional recreation areas, and quick access to Hwy's  401  and 427 and of course Toronto Pearson Airport.  Many homes in the area feature secondary suites, making this area a good choice for first time buyers.
